Black joy is more than just a feeling — it’s a powerful force. It’s how we reclaim our narratives, our softness, our beauty. In a world that often tries to define us by our pain, choosing joy becomes an act of resistance. It’s a declaration that we are still here — loving, living, creating, and healing.

The pieces I’m sharing in this show are deeply personal and rooted in truth. My hope is that they serve as a reminder: joy is a birthright, even in the face of adversity.
